About the Position
CPL Healthcare is accepting CVs from experienced Social Care professionals for a Person in Charge role supporting individuals with disabilities in Swinford, Co Mayo. This role offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential services
- Ensure top-quality care
- Maintain full compliance with HIQA standards
- Experience supporting individuals with autism is a strong advantage
Requirements
- 3+ years’ management experience in Social Care
- Level 7+ qualification (Social Care or similar)
- Level 6 Management qualification
- Experience in residential services
- Knowledge of HIQA standards
- Full driver’s licence
