About the Position
SoftPeak is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO. This person will be responsible for managing the CEO’s day-to-day tasks, including monitoring agreements between the CEO and employees, as well as handling administrative tasks and project coordination. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and follow-through on key agreements and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Agreement Oversight: Track and manage agreements between the CEO and employees, ensuring all commitments are followed through.
- Calendar & Email Management: Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and email communication.
- Task Coordination: Assist the CEO in coordinating tasks with different departments and team members.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support, including travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and follow-ups.
- Project Assistance: Support various CEO-led projects and initiatives by ensuring timely updates and completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in tracking agreements and ensuring accountability.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

- Agreement Tracking: Ensure 100% follow-up and fulfillment of agreements between the CEO and team members.
- Calendar Management: 95% accuracy in scheduling and task management.
- Project Coordination: On-time delivery of all CEO-led initiatives and tasks.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain a 100% confidentiality record for all sensitive company information.
