About the Position
E-Commerce Account Management Senior Executive
We are looking for a Senior Executive to join our team in managing and enhancing our E-Commerce accounts. This role involves crafting strategic campaigns, maintaining client relationships, and promoting business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm with the team to craft effective and strategic campaign proposals based on job briefs to close potential accounts.
- Present the campaign idea to the client together with the Business Development team and suggest alternatives to meet the client’s objectives.
- Maintain relationships with clients and ensure all campaigns are well-executed and run based on agreed objectives and timelines.
- Create cost estimates based on client requirements and deliverables.
- Promote the expansion of business with existing clients through upselling.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in the E-Commerce industry.
- 3-4 years of experience in the digital marketing space.
- Extensive experience and portfolio in handling well-known brands and agencies.
- Experience working with cross-departments.
- Strong and impressive communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite (Excel, PPT).
