About the Position

We are seeking a structured and proactive Photo & Video Coordinator to join our Photo & Video team. You are motivated by coordinating processes, creating structure, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently. You have a keen eye for detail and manage to maintain an overview – even when multiple projects are running simultaneously.

As part of our dedicated and growing marketing department, you will play a central role in coordinating photo and video projects that support JYSK's visual identity across all markets and channels. You will be the link between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring that processes, materials, and deadlines are aligned. The role combines coordination, planning, and continuous optimization of workflows in a dynamic environment with both recurring tasks and new projects.

What We Offer You

You will become part of an international, professional, and passionate department, where you will have a central coordinating role in the planning and execution of photo and video projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining images and videos in the company's internal DAM system, as well as the opportunity to plan and coordinate activities before, during, and after the launch of new seasons and campaigns. The role also involves a broad interface with both internal teams and external partners, including photographers and stylists.

Responsibilities

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating photo shoots and creating shot plans and overview lists
• Coordinating the ordering, handling, and follow-up of photo samples
• Ensuring structure and quality in the handling of images and videos across systems
• Maintaining and developing photo templates, matrices, and other work tools
• Coordinating deadlines and ensuring progress in projects
• Contributing to the continuous optimization of workflows and processes in the department
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

We are looking for a colleague who:

• Has an aesthetic eye
• Works structured and has an eye for detail
• Thrives in a coordinating role with many interfaces
• Is good at planning, prioritizing, and creating an overview
• Is proactive and takes responsibility for driving tasks safely to completion
• Has experience with administrative processes and preferably coordinating projects
• Knowledge of DAM systems is an advantage
• Is a strong team player who also works independently
• Fluent in Danish and English – both written and spoken
