Cpl UK Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a service in the Wirral, focusing on falls prevention and rehabilitation in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of patients at risk of falls within the community
• Complete comprehensive falls risk and mobility assessments
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation and prevention plans
• Provide strength, balance, and mobility interventions
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and community services
• Deliver education and advice to patients, families, and carers
• Maintain accurate clinical records and outcome measures

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Experience in physiotherapy, ideally within community, elderly care, or falls prevention
• Strong understanding of mobility, balance, and rehabilitation
• Ability to work independently in community settings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary

• £44,000 (pro rata)
