About the Position
We are seeking a Production Planner to join our logistics team in Szczecin, Poland, focusing on short, medium, and long-term production planning.
Responsibilities
- Short, medium, and long-term production planning to ensure daily production plans align with demand
- Efficient resource utilization, considering customer needs and company goals
- Preparation, execution, and updating of sales plans based on demand, shipment realization, confirmation, and customer potential
- Communication with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of demand
- Development and execution of plans supporting customer satisfaction, delivery timeliness, and company goals
- Implementation of solutions to enhance planning process efficiency, seeking comprehensive alternatives to support development and productivity
- Generation and analysis of reports and trends in the planning area
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English for effective communication in speech and writing
- Higher education (preferred specializations: logistics, production management, or economics)
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MRP, SAP, Opcenter, and Power BI is a plus
- Analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Teamwork abilities
