The Planner will support EMEA Customer Fulfillment operations through effective planning, order management, supply-demand coordination, and proactive resolution of fulfillment constraints.

The role will work across Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Fulfillment, and other internal stakeholders to ensure orders and customer requirements are effectively planned, monitored, and executed. The Planner will use data to identify risks early, coordinate corrective actions, and continuously improve planning and fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor supply, demand, inventory, and order execution.
  • Identify potential shortages, constraints, and delivery risks.
  • Coordinate actions with Logistics, Customer Fulfillment, and other Supply Chain teams.
  • Prioritize issues based on customer and business impact.
  • Track open orders and proactively manage exceptions.
  • Support demand and supply alignment.
  • Analyze planning and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate planning information within relevant systems.
  • Support KPI reporting and operational business reviews.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring fulfillment issues.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of issues, working across functions to find solutions rather than simply escalating problems.

Requirements

Essential

  • Experience in supply-chain planning, order management, customer fulfillment, logistics, or a related operational role.
  • Good understanding of supply-and-demand planning principles.
  • Experience working with ERP or planning systems.
  • Strong Excel and data-analysis capability.
  • Ability to analyze operational information and identify exceptions and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good stakeholder-management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and geographical locations.
  • Customer-focused approach to fulfillment and issue resolution.

Preferred

  • Experience in an international or EMEA supply-chain environment.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP/planning platforms.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of inventory, logistics, and order-management processes.
  • Experience working with outsourced manufacturing or logistics partners.
  • Continuous-improvement experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
