About the Position
Join AnyMind Group’s mission to redefine e-commerce through intelligent, AI-driven collaboration. As the Platform Strategy & Commercial Growth Manager (Social Commerce), you will architect our next phase of strategic growth with key commerce platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop. This role is for a visionary leader who can unlock high-impact partnerships, shape joint business plans, and evolve our platform approach into a true growth engine for both sides. You’ll sit at the intersection of commerce, innovation, and strategic influence turning ecosystem collaboration into scalable business success.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Design: Lead the regional strategy to evolve AnyMind to a strategic top partner with Shopee and TikTok Shop. You will design frameworks that align our proprietary tech with platform-specific growth initiatives.
- Regional Commercial Leadership: Architect Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and annual collaboration roadmaps for our key markets. You will provide your experience and knowledge to ensure our partnership models are high-impact partnership models that are optimized for long-term scalability.
- Ecosystem Innovation: Act as a bridge between our product/AI teams and platform leads to identify unique opportunities for technical and commercial integration that enhance our competitive positioning.
- Cross-Market Optimization: Benchmarking best practices across Southeast Asia to ensure AnyMind is utilizing the full suite of strategic support and initiatives available on each platform.
- Executive Advisory: Provide high-level insights to the Global Management team on the shifting platform landscape, helping to shape AnyMind’s long-term regional investment strategy.
Requirements
- Platform Mastery: 8+ years of experience in the E-commerce ecosystem, with a significant background working either within Shopee/TikTok or leading Regional Partnerships for global brands/enablers.
- Strategic Negotiator: Proven track record of designing and executing complex, high-impact commercial agreements or growth programs in the Southeast Asia region.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate platform mechanics and internal data into strategic business cases that demonstrate the value of AnyMind's AI-first approach.
- Influential Network: Strong existing relationships with regional and local platform leadership across Southeast Asia.
- Tech-Fluent: A passion for technology and its potential to disrupt traditional e-commerce models.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
