About the Position

We are currently seeking an individual interested in a paid internship in our IT recruitment team:

Paid Internship - IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

The aim of the internship is to familiarize and prepare for the position of IT Recruiter/Consultant:
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to attend training sessions on effective methods of reaching IT candidates;
You will learn about the IT market and applied IT technologies;
We will teach you professional communication with IT candidates;
You will have the opportunity to participate in recruitment meetings and build a recruitment workshop;
We are looking for individuals who, after completing the internship, will be interested in further cooperation in the role of a Recruiter and eventually an independent IT recruitment consultant;

Graduates of higher education or fifth-year part-time students available 5 days a week on a full-time basis;
Interest in taking up full-time employment after the internship;
Interest in the IT and recruitment sector;
Openness and highly developed communication skills;
Ability to manage time and organize your own work;
Initiative, commitment, and energy and motivation to work - we are looking for people hungry for professional success, ambitious and responsible individuals;
At least a good knowledge of English - we cooperate with international companies;

We offer a 3-month paid internship;
After completing the internship, we offer employment as a Recruiter based on an employment contract with a base salary and an attractive commission-based pay depending on achieved results, as well as additional medical care;
Participation in interesting projects;
