About the Position

Moorgate, a recruitment firm providing top-quality services to clients seeking high-class IT specialists and managers, is currently looking for a PMO Project Analyst for our client, an international FinTech leader in its sector. The position is based in Warsaw, mazowieckie.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in project and process management
• Manage project schedules, risks, resources, communication, and reporting
• Manage changes, conduct training for new team members
• Ensure program execution according to internal methodologies – QA and ad-hoc
• Participate in the development of new initiatives aimed at improving project management and tools

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Ability to communicate with internal and external clients
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently

Nice to Have

• Experience with MS Project or other schedule management tools, Confluence, SharePoint, ITIL/ITSM
• Experience working on software development projects
