The main task of the Department Head is to comprehensively manage the subordinate department (ladies', men's, or children's). The person in this position also takes care of achieving sales and KPI targets, and organizes the team's ongoing work in accordance with superior standards and guidelines. Supports the implementation of employees, motivates the team, and ensures a good atmosphere. Works in accordance with procedures and standards, setting an example for other employees.

• Comprehensively manage the subordinate department (ladies', men's, children's), building partnership-based relationships with the team
• Plan and organize department work in an ambitious and flexible manner, responding to dynamic business needs
• Work with merchandise and deliveries, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards, always one step ahead
• Initiate and control sales activities with energy that motivates achieving better results
• Build and motivate the team through clear goals, monitoring progress, and appreciating achievements

Requirements

• Experience in managing a store or sales team
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent product handling and ensuring optimal presentation
• Ability to motivate people and achieve set goals, inspiring action
• Openness to change and a desire for personal and team development

Recruitment Process Stages

1. Phone Interview with a Manager
   
   A brief conversation to confirm your interest in participating in the recruitment process, present the position, and discuss the further stages of the recruitment process.

2. Recruitment Meeting with a Manager
   
   The final stage of recruitment, conducted by the Store Manager or Regional Sales Manager, during which the position details, expectations, working conditions, and your experience are discussed.

3. Feedback
   
   After completing all stages, we will get back to you with feedback – regardless of the decision made. We want every contact with LPP to be a positive experience, so you can always count on a clear and timely response (up to 2 weeks from the last stage).
