About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager for a 6-month contract in New York, NY, offering a salary range of $80-$85 per hour and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
HR Process Transformation & Transition
- Own the end-to-end transition of the Job Requisition creation and HR Data Management processes from current stakeholders to the HRDM team.
- Work with existing process owners and subject matter experts to understand current-state processes, workflows, dependencies, and business requirements.
- Evaluate processes from start to finish and identify opportunities for streamlining, optimization, and improved governance.
- Design and document future-state processes and workflows where required.
- Support troubleshooting, process adjustments, and continuous improvement after implementation.
Project & Timeline Management
- Own and manage the integrated project plan for HR process transitions.
- Establish and track timelines covering training, milestones, resourcing, knowledge transfer, go-live readiness, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
- Track dependencies, issues, risks, and escalations through resolution.
- Establish a consistent governance cadence with status reporting, milestone tracking, and escalation pathways.
Oracle Fusion HCM Transition
- Support HR process transitions associated with the organization's move from SuccessFactors to O11i.
- Develop and maintain processes and documentation related to Job Requisition creation and HR Data Management within O11i Fusion.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are appropriately designed and ready for implementation across different areas of the business.
- Help identify process gaps and make recommendations for improvements during the transition.
