Power BI Developer

About the Position

Univio, with experience from over 500 completed projects, helps organizations develop e-commerce and omnichannel models and implement data and AI-based solutions - from assistants supporting customer service and access to organizational knowledge, through personalized product recommendations, to AI discovery workshops supporting the identification of real applications of technology in business. Univio cooperates with brands such as RTV EURO AGD, Wittchen, Agata, Tubądzin, Gemini Polska, Super-Pharm, and LuxMed, implementing projects at the intersection of technology, data, and user experience.

We are looking for a Power BI Developer to join our team and enhance our data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing changes in the Univio controlling system
• Analyzing, modifying, and building SQL queries
• Implementing ETL / ELT processes
• Designing and building data models and measures in DAX
• Supporting the Product Owner in analyzing user needs and proposing solutions
• Building reports to help obtain answers to questions asked by managers

Requirements

• Understanding and proficient use of DAX for building measures, tables, and calculated columns
• Proficiency in SQL (ability to create complex queries)
• No problem with handling Power Query across a wide range of available data sources
• Knowledge of best practices for building clear, intuitive reports
• Understanding of Power BI Service and basics of portal administration
• Being a proactive person focused on understanding user needs and actively seeking solutions

Nice to Have

• Ability to independently design database objects in a relational model (tables, views, normalization)
• Experience with Power BI Premium components (data flows, deployment pipelines)
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) and Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint)
