Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in our project teams as the technical lead for demanding Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Dataverse) – from architecture to successful implementation.
• Be responsible for solution and architecture design: Make sound technology decisions, establish best practices, ALM and governance standards, and ensure our solutions scale and endure.
• Advise your clients at eye level – up to the decision-maker. Recognize the business potential behind the requirement and develop new opportunities from projects.
• Work with a seasoned project team of project managers, developers, and engineers to implement even the most demanding requirements in an enterprise environment – and mentor junior and mid-level consultants, sharing your knowledge.
• Have the opportunity to actively shape our Power Platform offering and define our market presence: Reference cases, blog posts, LinkedIn, or on stage at our events.
• Stay "leading edge" with Microsoft's product range – and evaluate new capabilities (Copilot, Power Platform Governance, Fabric-Integration) before they become mainstream.
• Join a great team, with a lot of passion for excellent customer experiences and a well-stocked beer fridge.

Requirements

• Technical Depth: Several years of experience in the Power Platform / M365 environment – Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, ideally Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure-Integration.
• Consulting & Implementation: You quickly recognize customer needs, propose pragmatic solutions, and implement them flawlessly.
• Strategy & Governance: You think beyond individual projects and set standards that endure.
• Ownership: You are responsible for the entire journey from offer to delivery – entrepreneurially and results-oriented.
• Leadership: You provide technical guidance and develop people – without a career ladder.
• Communication Skills: Up to C-Level, in excellent German and good English.
• Workload: 80–100%, main workplace Bern, Zürich, or Basel, flexible travel within German-speaking Switzerland.
