Power Platform Consultant with Copilot

About the Position

Projekt dla klienta z branży energetycznej.

Responsibilities

• Co najmniej 3 letnie doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wytwarzaniu rozwiązań biznesowych z użyciem komponentów Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse wraz z integracją usług Azure i Microsoft 365), Azure Functions, SharePoint;
• Umiejętność przeprowadzenia analizy wymagań biznesowych;
• Doświadczenie w projektowaniu, konfiguracji i wdrażaniu agentów AI, asystentów cyfrowych lub chatbotów biznesowych.
• Umiejętność specyfikacji wymagań biznesowych oraz oszacowania pracochłonności realizacji;
• Doświadczenie projektowe zdobyte w projektach IT (doradczych lub wdrożeniowych). Liczba projektów min. 4.
• Praktyczna znajomość Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio oraz Microsoft Power Platform, w szczególności Power Apps i Power Automate.
• Umiejętność analizy potrzeb biznesowych oraz oceny możliwości ich realizacji z wykorzystaniem narzędzi AI i low-code/no-code.
• Znajomość zasad tworzenia i optymalizacji baz wiedzy opartych na SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph oraz zasobach Microsoft 365.
• Znajomość zagadnień Generative AI, prompt engineeringu, mechanizmów RAG oraz zasad odpowiedzialnego i bezpiecznego wykorzystania AI.
• Umiejętność projektowania integracji rozwiązań Power Platform i Copilot Studio z usługami Microsoft 365, źródłami danych oraz systemami zewnętrznymi.
• Umiejętność przygotowywania prototypów, rozwiązań pilotażowych i MVP oraz oceny ich wartości biznesowej.
• Doświadczenie w opracowywaniu koncepcji rozwiązań, rekomendacji, dokumentacji funkcjonalnej i technicznej oraz szacowaniu pracochłonności.
• Umiejętność prowadzenia warsztatów, konsultacji i transferu wiedzy dla użytkowników biznesowych oraz zespołów technicznych.
• Kompetencje analityczne, komunikacyjne i doradcze oraz umiejętność współpracy z biznesem, analitykami, architektami i zespołami IT
