AMLBot is an international company providing AML, KYC, and KYT compliance solutions for the crypto industry. We develop tools that help crypto businesses assess risk, investigate suspicious activity, and protect users and assets across CeFi and DeFi ecosystems.
Our solutions are used by thousands of crypto companies worldwide, including exchanges, OTC desks, and Web3 projects, serving hundreds of thousands of users globally.
We are looking for a proactive PR & Partnerships Manager to strengthen AMLBot’s presence across the global crypto and Web3 ecosystem. This role combines media relations, thought leadership, KOL collaborations, and strategic partnership development.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pitch Tier 1–3 crypto and Web3 media, while maintaining relationships with existing publications.
- Build long-term relationships with journalists, KOLs, analysts, and industry partners.
- Coordinate PR campaigns for original research, industry reports, product launches, case studies, and new features.
- Secure AMLBot’s inclusion in relevant comparison, review, and ranking platforms.
- Organize interviews, expert comments, AMAs, and sponsored collaborations.
- Manage the PR budget and negotiate publication and partnership terms.
- Monitor existing partnerships and integrations, evaluate results, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop new partnerships by scaling successful collaboration models.
- Maintain an up-to-date contact database and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PR, media relations, partnerships, influencer/KOL marketing, or a similar role.
- Relevant experience in the crypto, blockchain, Web3, fintech, or AML industry.
- Established contacts with crypto media, journalists, KOLs, analysts, or industry partners would be a strong advantage.
- Strong pitching, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience preparing press releases, case studies, expert materials, and media pitches.
- Ability to identify partnership opportunities and turn them into actionable initiatives.
- Experience managing PR or partnership budgets and evaluating campaign performance.
- Strong research, project-management, and reporting skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Ukrainian.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving industry.
