AMLBot is an international company providing AML, KYC, and KYT compliance solutions for the crypto industry. We develop tools that help crypto businesses assess risk, investigate suspicious activity, and protect users and assets across CeFi and DeFi ecosystems.

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Community Manager to help grow our brand presence across the crypto ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who understands crypto audiences and knows how to build engaged communities across multiple platforms.
You’ll be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, growing our communities, and managing content distribution. If you’re passionate about crypto and know what resonates with the Web3 community, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy tailored to the crypto/Web3 audience.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, GitHub, Hacker News, and Substack.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media channels.
- Build, engage, and nurture active communities while maintaining consistent communication with users.
- Drive community growth through organic initiatives and engagement campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging conversations within the crypto ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Track social media performance, prepare reports, and continuously optimize content based on analytics.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Requirements
- 1+ commercial experience in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing crypto-focused social media accounts and communities.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, GitHub, Hacker News, and Substack.
- Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including blockchain, DeFi, wallets, exchanges, and current industry trends.
- Experience planning and publishing content across multiple channels.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms.
- Experience using analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
