About the Role

• Collaborate in the reconciliation process of invoicing versus purchase orders to verify that there are no discrepancies that generate document rejection.
• Assist in the upload of documents on the client portal to ensure the delivery within the required deadlines, of invoices and attached documentation.
• Provide support in the application of payments in the system to keep the current account of retail customers up to date.
• Support in following up on the confirmation of balances to provide a timely response to requests from retail customers.
• Other related duties

Your Skills and Experience

• Recently graduated from Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Intermediate level of Excel
• Availability to perform internships in Lurín on-site (Personal Transportation Benefit)
