Description of the Role

The EPM Division:

Our 150 EPM Experts work worldwide as specialists in performance management and business planning. Through 3 offerings:

• Business & IT Consulting, from business support to solution selection assistance
• EPM Expertise (Enterprise Performance Management), from project implementation to maintaining operational condition
• Technology & Innovation, leveraging innovations in robotization, AI, or new technologies to build the finance of tomorrow

Our business use cases are varied: Finance, HR, Supply Chain (and all S&OP planning) associated with our technical expertise on Pigment, Anaplan, Board, Oracle EPM Cloud, Jedox & TM1 / Planning Analytics.

Your 4 pillars of responsibility as Practice Lead EPM Pigment:

1. Strategy, Business & Pre-sales

• Development: Promote the Pigment offering to business departments and IT departments, actively participate in responding to calls for tenders.
• Innovation: Develop demos/POCs on client cases and maintain a close partnership with the publisher.
• Framing: Conduct discovery workshops to translate business needs into target architecture.

2. Technical Expertise & Delivery

• Design: Supervise the modeling of data structures and the automation of import/export flows.
• Quality: Ensure methodological excellence (Agile/V-Cycle) and interoperability with existing systems (ERP, Datawarehouse, BI).
• Support: Lead the production deployment and change management with key users.

3. Leadership & Talent Management

• Mentoring: Recruit, unite, and develop the skills of the Pigment consultant community.
• Transmission: Create educational materials and facilitate feedback sessions to promote continuous improvement.

4. Communication

• Webinars: Present business use cases on Pigment in webinars.
• Writing: Position yourself as a thought leader on Pigment by publishing technical and business articles in specialized journals or through regular speaking on LinkedIn.

Requirements

The profile we are looking for: Practice Lead EPM Pigment

• Background: 5 to 10 years of experience in a consulting firm in a similar position.
• Tool Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Pigment (or expertise in Anaplan with a successful transition to Pigment). A Pigment certification is a prerequisite or immediate goal. Participation in 1 or more Pigment projects is a strong plus.
• Business Culture: A deep understanding of the challenges of the Finance function (reporting, consolidation, budgeting), or the Supply function.
• Leadership: Proven experience in team management or leading a practice in a consulting firm.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to model complex business logic while ensuring a smooth user experience.
• English: Intermediate level required (global deployment projects).
