Are you an enrolled student interested in developing digital products? While you may have used ChatGPT for your assignments, are you excited about using it to solve our customers' problems?
Join our agile product management team and work alongside our product managers and developers to further develop our chatbot "Sophie". The features you develop during your internship will make thousands of users happy!
We are looking for a motivated intern (m/w/d) to join our chatbot team in Münster, directly at the city harbor.

What You Bring
- Current Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Whether you are studying psychology, business administration, information management, or mechanical engineering, if you can solve problems in a structured manner, you are the right fit for us.
- Strong Analytical and Conceptual Skills: High quality awareness.
- Structured and Independent Work Style: Quick comprehension to understand complex relationships.
- Hands-on Mentality: Very good communication skills and enjoyment in working as a team.
- Excellent Communication Skills in German
Responsibilities
- Work with product managers and developers to further develop our chatbot "Sophie".
- Analyze user behavior in the chatbot and identify problems.
- Design and test new product features.
- Contribute to the expansion and implementation of use cases based on ChatGPT.
- Familiarize yourself with the development process using the Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence).
- Regularly coordinate with the management team when developing new concepts.
