Job Description

• During your internship, you will be a valuable member of our interdisciplinary team, actively shaping our training landscape for engineering. You will design and create modern self-learning modules, web-based training, and materials for classroom training, bringing your own ideas to the table.
• You will use modern AI tools like Synthesia and other digital and interactive formats to convey complex content in an understandable, varied, and visually appealing way.
• Existing training provides a quality framework and orientation. At the same time, you have the freedom to try out new formats and ideas and further develop our training.
• In close collaboration with the IT project team for SAP S/4HANA, you will create training on new functions and processes, particularly on the integration of SAP S/4HANA and Teamcenter.
• You will also actively support the international rollout of SAP S/4HANA, helping our users successfully integrate new digital processes and functions into their daily work.

Requirements

• Education: Studies in media didactics, business informatics, business administration, media/communication sciences, pedagogy, or similar
• Experience and Know-how: Initial experience in creating presentations, videos, learning content, or other digital media is advantageous
• Personality and Work Ethic: You are able to present your knowledge creatively and understandably and simplify complex content; you are curious, like to try new things, have a good sense of visual design, and work independently, structured, and reliably; at the same time, you bring your own ideas
• Workday: Your on-site presence is required
• Enthusiasm: Enjoyment in exchanging ideas with an interdisciplinary and international team, developing creative learning formats, trying out new technologies, and familiarizing yourself with new topics
• Languages: Proficient in German and English

Duration: 6 months
