About the Position
We are seeking a Pre-Sale Business Analyst to create successful proposals for potential customers. Your daily objective is to assess, estimate, sell, and sign clients, and pass the information to production.
Responsibilities
- Receive an initial request from a potential customer, and assess, estimate, sell, and sign the client.
- Communicate with potential customers through calls, emails, briefs, etc.
- Analyze customer needs and form an optimal solution.
- Estimate the solution.
- Create the Proposal using WebFlow.
- Present the Proposal, negotiate, and make necessary corrections.
- Prepare agreements and oversee the signing process.
Requirements
- At least one year of past working experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
- Ability to adopt new instruments (SaaS, CRM, etc).
- Basic knowledge of web technology and understanding the difference between CMS, eCommerce, Custom Development, and Website Builders.
- Ability to ask the right questions to understand the business objectives of the client and offer a solution.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Advanced English is a must.
Nice to Have
- Deep knowledge of the solutions we offer, as well as solutions that generally exist on the market.
- Familiarity with company’s workflows and templates for making estimations and proposals, and Scope of Work.
- Knowledge of the process of creating a website.
- Mastery of the agreement process.
- Proficiency in our CRM (Airtable).
- Expertise in creating Proposals in Webflow.
