Job description

About the Position

Behind every winning pitch is a story someone had to find, shape, and tell well. As our Presales Content Specialist, you'll interview project teams and competency center leads to uncover what makes EPAM's work worth talking about, then turn it into case studies, capability presentations, and offering narratives that help client partners close deals. You'll also help keep EPAM's internal sales enablement platform organized and current, so the thousands of EPAMers who rely on it can always find what they need. You'll do this as part of a geo-distributed team that collaborates across time zones and stays close to IT industry trends through EPAM's thought leaders.

Interested? Apply now - we'd love to see how you tell EPAM's story.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with EPAM Account Managers and Project Teams to craft compelling case studies about EPAM engagements and projects
  • Collaborate with EPAM Competency Center Leads to create, improve, and extend EPAM's standard capability presentations across industries, domains, and technologies
  • Support Solution Owners with the written positioning of EPAM's packaged offerings
  • Manage and organize content on EPAM's internal sales enablement platform - maintaining a clear taxonomy, following up with content owners on updates, and keeping teams informed when changes affect their work

Requirements

  • English proficiency: CEFR Level C1-C2 or equivalent (e.g., TOEFL iBT Writing Score of 26 or higher, IELTS Writing Score of 7 or higher)
  • Affinity for IT topics - through practical experience or a genuine interest in technology, IT processes, and business consulting
  • Experience writing marketing or business development collateral
  • Strong analytical and interviewing skills - able to extract and synthesize raw input from project teams into compelling stories
  • Comfortable working with AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and repurposing content - paired with the editorial judgment to shape that output into polished, on-brand deliverables
  • Basic visual design skills (nice to have) - you'll often work in PowerPoint and will need to find clear, compelling ways to visualize and explain complex concepts
  • A collaborative, deadline-driven mindset, with a willingness to go the extra mile

We Offer

  • Opportunity to work remotely in Belarus
  • Be part of a dynamic, geo-distributed team
  • Collaborate with EPAM's thought leaders and stay updated with IT industry trends
