About the Position

Pricing & Promotions Sr. Analyst

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is a leading local delivery platform operating in around 65 countries worldwide. As a Pricing & Promotions Sr. Analyst, you will be part of the HQ Category Management team, responsible for creating, testing, and implementing new pricing and promotional strategies for our Micro Fulfillment Centers (MFCs). This role involves evolving from a basic margin-driven approach to a dynamic pricing strategy, using data to define the ideal product pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall product pricing and promotions playbook, working closely with Data Analytics, Growth, and Local teams.
• Structure and shape pricing initiatives, develop project plans, gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses, and develop final recommendations.
• Design experiments, including A/B testing, and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions.
• Drive clarity and solve ambiguous, challenging business problems using data-driven approaches.
• Lead change management and migration to Delivery Hero business solutions.
• Interact and manage stakeholders from Delivery Hero and Glovo Global and Local Teams (Finance, Category Managers, User Experience, Marketing, and Growth).
• Actively collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment that allows for growth and development.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in FMCG or Category management. Consulting experience focused on pricing strategy is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of our business.
• Self-driven with the ability to deliver results and communicate effectively.
• An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
• Advanced Google Suite skills, SQL is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.
• A university degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field of study (preferred).
