Principal Solution Architect (Java)
About the Position
Onwelo, a technology partner providing comprehensive services in digital transformation, data, and automation, is looking for a Principal Solution Architect (Java) to join our healthcare project team. Our team, with over 400 specialists, has completed 300+ projects for major organizations in Poland, Europe, and the USA. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, or can be performed remotely.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java
- Design and implement microservices architecture solutions
- Create and evolve APIs and integrations between systems
- Collaborate in defining the architecture and direction of solutions
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of developed systems
- Work with the project team to deliver business value
- Participate in requirements analysis and development effort estimation
- Share knowledge and support technical skill development within the team
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in Java programming
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Experience in designing and implementing REST APIs
- Experience with SQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
- English proficiency at B2 level
Nice to Have
- Experience in defining solution architecture
- Experience in healthcare sector projects
- TOGAF Certification
- Experience with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP)
