About the Position

Privacy Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Privacy Analyst to join our team at T-Systems Information and Communication Technology India Private Limited (T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd.). This role is pivotal in ensuring the security and privacy of our IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT system activities, roles, and authorizations to detect potential privacy and security incidents.
• Conduct regular risk, vulnerability, and detection audits to identify threats and unauthorized data access.
• Develop and implement detection measures tailored to protect personal and business data, aligned with the existing privacy and security framework.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on detection findings, privacy risks, and response measures, communicating clearly to technical teams and management.
• Collaborate with operational and IT teams to ensure detection strategies meet regulatory requirements, advising on improvements to process landscape, architecture, and access management.
• Manage privacy and security detection projects, including integration with existing systems, training delivery on privacy best practices, and maintenance of privacy and security standards.

Requirements

• IT system activities: Experience in monitoring and managing IT system activities.
• Risk audits: Proficiency in conducting risk, vulnerability, and detection audits.
• Privacy and security framework: Strong understanding of privacy and security frameworks.
