PRN Physical Therapy Assistant - FFCHC Outpatient Clinic

Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapy Assistant in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic, you will:
- Deliver treatment and physical interventions for patients under a care plan established by a physical therapist.
- Keep medical records up to date, complete, and in accordance with department and hospital guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with a licensed Physical Therapist and provide clear communication and innovative contributions to the inter-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- Associates Degree - Graduate of an approved Physical Therapist Assistant Program.

Location: Munson Medical Center: 1105 Sixth St, Traverse City MI
Schedule: PRN Role (0-40 Hours Weekly) Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Additional Information
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.
