• Design and oversee the construction of new manufacturing facilities.

• Monitor process performance and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
• Troubleshoot process issues and develop solutions to improve process performance.
• Prepare process documentation and technical reports for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, biology, or engineering.
• Experience developing processes for manufacturing or testing of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or other materials.
• Familiarity with statistical methods for process optimization.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other scientists and engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline.
