Process Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Process Manager with 3+ years of IT Release and Deployment Management experience to join our team in India.

Responsibilities

• Design and Own the Release and Deployment Process

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in IT Release and Deployment Management
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL 4, especially Release Management, Deployment Management, and Change Enablement
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Release Management, Change, and related modules
• Hands-on experience with server patching practices, tools, and schedules in enterprise environments
• Lean 6 Sigma knowledge (certification is not a must)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding process design principles
• Ability to assess risk and impact across complex IT landscapes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with experience facilitating cross-functional discussions
• Ability to document policies, processes, and procedures clearly and effectively
• Cross-process knowledge related to processes such as CHM, SACM, RFF
• Motivation to create new processes
• Teamwork

Nice to Have

• Fluent English knowledge
• German is an advantage
