About the Position

Зараз ми запускаємо MilTech-напрямок і шукаємо спеціаліста, який його очолить: людину, яка розуміє реальні потреби ринку і перетворить технічний потенціал Sloboda Studio на перші контракти.
Responsibilities
- Розвивати клієнтську базу серед EU/US Defense/MilTech-компаній у тісній співпраці з командою Sloboda Studio (marketing, recruitment, development): від визначення ICP і ціннісної пропозиції до перших контактів з decision-makers і побудови pipeline
- Запускати пілотні колаборації разом з інженерною командою Sloboda Studio: від першої PoC (Proof of Concept) до підписаного контракту
- Виявляти нові ринкові можливості та формувати go-to-market під MilTech-рішення
- Розширювати співпрацю з існуючими defense/miltech клієнтами Sloboda Studio
Requirements
- Розуміння defense/military середовища - як Рroduct Оwner, ветеран або людина, яка працювала в miltech/defense-екосистемах
- Розуміння IT-сервісного ринку: що таке аутсорсинг/аутстафінг, як приймаються рішення на стороні клієнта
- Досвід запуску продуктів/проєктів з нуля
- Досвід B2B/B2G-комунікаціях
- Англійська на рівні Upper-Intermediate

Conditions
- Location: Remotely, Ukraine (possibility to attend thematic events and ranges)
- Format: Part-time (Minimum 20 hours per week). With potential transition to full-time
- Schedule: Mandatory overlap of working hours within 09:00 - 19:00 EET (Kiev time)
