Job description

About the Position

At Exness, we are not just a leading trading broker-we’ve reimagined what it takes to be a leader. With 2,000+ people across 13 countries, we combine scale, care, and real tech to make trading better for over a million clients globally.

Recognised globally as a Best Place to Work, we’re a people-first company where long-term wins always matter more. As part of our team, you will shape the future of fintech with real technology, care, and purpose.

Why this role matters

As a Product Designer, you will design and improve user experiences across web and mobile platforms, with a focus on KYC and Payments. You will work on complex customer journeys such as verification and payment flows, where usability and clarity can directly impact key product metrics.

You will translate product requirements into clear, high-quality interfaces, using product data, user feedback, and research to make informed design decisions and improve existing experiences.

This is an office-based role in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

Responsibilities

  • Turn product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across web and mobile
  • Design and improve complex KYC, verification, and payment flows, reducing cognitive load and helping users complete key tasks efficiently
  • Use product metrics, user feedback, and research findings to identify usability issues and make informed design decisions
  • Plan and conduct usability tests and user interviews, and apply findings to improve product solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Managers / Product Owners, analysts, developers, researchers, and other designers to shape feasible, user-friendly solutions
  • Maintain design system consistency across platforms and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement when needed
  • Prepare clear Figma specifications, states, and edge cases for developer handoff
  • Support implementation and design QA, ensuring the final product reflects the intended experience

Requirements

  • Higher education in Design or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, contributing to web and mobile products, preferably in banking, finance, or other data-rich domains
  • Experience designing KYC, verification, payment, or similar critical customer flows would be a strong advantage
  • Strong product thinking and experience using data, research, and user feedback to support design decisions
  • Experience working independently across the full design cycle, from problem exploration to implementation
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working with mature design systems
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional product teams
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant work on real, shipped products
  • Fluent English

We Offer

  • Competitive salary and annual performance bonus
  • Full relocation support for you and your family - flights, housing, visas, and legal assistance included
  • Top-tier health insurance with full family coverage - medical, dental, vision, mental health - plus life insurance for peace of mind
  • Unlimited learning opportunities: external courses, English lessons, career and leadership development
  • Education allowance covering school and kindergarten fees
  • 21 working days of annual leave, plus public holidays and fully paid sick, maternity, and paternity leave
  • Employee appreciation program: branded gifts, birthday day-offs, celebration budgets for weddings, newborns, and milestones
  • “Get to know Team” trips - meet colleagues across our global hubs, along with company-wide offsites that raise the bar
  • Employee share scheme - grow with us
  • Branded MINI Cooper Countryman company car and private parking
  • Free in-house sports clubs, Sanctum Club gym access, and jet skis
  • Access to a Corporate doctor
  • Exclusive discount program with cafes, gyms, and local services
  • Expat tax perks: up to 50% income tax exemption
  • Support with the naturalisation process for relocated employees
