About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Product Experience Designer Lead to spearhead the UX and UI design for a significant banking project. This role requires a professional with a robust portfolio and a keen eye for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for front-end applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of user journeys and UI screens
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing expertise in user journey mapping and UI design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of front-end design principles and best practices
Nice to Have
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus
