We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid). In this role, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives, working closely with stakeholders and development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of features that bring value to both our customers and the business.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business needs, market trends, and product feature requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of features
• Understand and prioritize product features based on business objectives
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for product enhancement
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and implement improvements
• Collect feedback from stakeholders to identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment and changing priorities
• Foster collaboration between product, development, and cross-functional teams
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders to gather insights and align priorities
• Lead effective communication and coordination among team members
• Mentor junior team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing
• Encourage continuous learning within the product team by sharing industry best practices
• Identify training opportunities and create skill development plans for team members
• Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring the team adapts to evolving market demands

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the technology or gaming industry
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide teams toward successful outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role
• Having knowledge of Sportsbook or Retail products will be considered an advantage.
