Product Manager

About the Position

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of our products at Caseware. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience-defining the roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering products that make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of your product(s), from strategy and planning to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure alignment with product vision and company goals.
• Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap that supports the broader Caseware portfolio.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
• Engage directly with internal stakeholders, customers, and distributors to gather feedback and ensure product relevance.
• Contribute to long-term product vision and influence strategic decisions within your product area.
• Support and mentor peers, sharing knowledge and best practices across the product organization.
• Participate in special projects that enhance process efficiency or strategic alignment.
• Represent the product team in discussions with senior management and external partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to deliver initiatives successfully and on schedule.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
• A track record of collaboration and leadership within cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset - ability to balance immediate goals with long-term vision.
• Deep curiosity about how your product fits within the broader business and market landscape.
• Experience with go-to-market (GTM) activities and a customer-first approach to product development.
• Desire to mentor others and continuously improve team performance.

Salary

• lei12.000 - lei14.000 a month
