Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the regional product roadmap.
  • Own initiatives from discovery to launch and post-launch evaluation.
  • Collect, analyze, and prioritize requests from regional stakeholders.
  • Convert business problems into structured product requirements.
  • Prepare PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process descriptions, and other product documentation when required.
  • Define scope, objectives, expected outcomes, success metrics, and key assumptions.
  • Use data and product analytics to validate problems, evaluate opportunities, and measure results.
  • Work with product analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar platforms.
  • Coordinate discovery and delivery with Engineering and other Global teams.
  • Facilitate decisions when stakeholders have conflicting priorities.
  • Identify and escalate delivery, regulatory, operational, technical, and commercial risks.
  • Ensure that commitments are supported by realistic estimates and team capacity.
  • Prevent unvalidated promises to regional stakeholders.
  • Support product launches, regional initiatives, integrations, onboarding flows, payment-related functionality, and operational improvements.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and define follow-up actions when expected results are not achieved.
  • Maintain clear documentation and visibility of regional initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted product partner for the regional leadership team.
  • Protect both regional business interests and the integrity of the Global product.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar product ownership role within a digital product company or in FinTech, Crypto, Payments, Banking, or another regulated industry.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end product development from discovery and requirements definition to delivery, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Experience taking initiatives from an unclear business request to a structured solution and measurable result.
  • Experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation.
  • Experience working directly with software development teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data, business value, risk, and delivery constraints.
  • Experience working with product analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple stakeholders with competing expectations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make and defend decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in conditions of uncertainty and changing priorities.
  • Professional English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of KYC, KYB, onboarding, identity verification, transaction monitoring, or payment flows.
  • Familiarity with European regulations and regulatory frameworks, including MiCA, AML, and GDPR.
  • Experience launching products in international, regional, or regulated markets.
  • Experience working with local entities, banks, payment providers, compliance teams, or external vendors.
  • Experience supporting regional product strategy and market expansion.
  • Understanding of the operational and regulatory dependencies involved in launching and maintaining financial products in European markets.
