Product Manager - Level & Gameplay

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager - Level & Gameplay to join our Block Out! team in Istanbul. In this role, you will shape the core gameplay experience through level design, pacing, and player progression.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on levels that create a satisfying player experience
• Analyze player behavior, user feedback, and game data to continuously improve level quality and engagement
• Take ownership of the level design pipeline from ideation to implementation
• Collaborate closely with game, art, tech, and growth teams to deliver impactful gameplay experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mobile game development with a strong focus on level design, gameplay, and player experience
• Actively follows the mobile gaming market with a strong sense of what makes levels engaging, satisfying, and scalable
• Ability to analyze player behavior and game data to make informed design decisions
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
