As a Product Manager at Delivery Hero, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the service experience for millions of users across our 60+ markets. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, affordability, and sustainability of last-mile delivery, enhancing experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants globally.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with AI Agent squads to drive deeper, seamless integration of AI capabilities into the user flow.
- Align and influence multiple stakeholders across the organization without direct authority.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in a cross-functional setup, with a proven history of delivering results.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Independently identify friction points in the user journey and deliver solutions in close collaboration with designers and engineers.
- Proactive requirements gathering, and the ability to specify pragmatic solutions at the domain level.
- Strong prioritization, with a solid grasp of technical trade-offs and opportunity costs.
- A data-driven mindset: Hold yourself accountable for specific user, product, and business metrics, with a track record of measurably improving existing products and launching new ones.
- Strong written and verbal communication to influence partners effectively, and fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on Service tooling (Help Center, chatbots, Agent CRM, etc.).
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven products and features.
- Experience utilizing AI to reshape the way of working within their squad.
- Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Firebase/Google Analytics, or Data Studio.
- Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Management, or Economics.
We Offer
- Hybrid working model: Join the team for face-to-face connection and collaboration in our beautiful Berlin campus 2 days a week.
- 27 days holiday with an extra day on the 2nd and 3rd year of service.
- Career development support: 1,000 € Educational Budget, Language Courses, Parental Support, and access to the Udemy Business platform.

- Financial benefits: Employee Share Purchase Plan, Sabbatical Bank, Public Transportation Ticket Discount, Life & Accident Insurance, Corporate Pension Plan.
- Meal vouchers: Digital Meal Vouchers and Food Vouchers.
- Relocation support: Information and support for relocating to Berlin.
