About the Role and the Team

Our Platform stream serves as the backbone for product teams, managing infrastructure complexities, technical solutions, and development frameworks. This allows product teams to focus on developing and refining product features and experiences.

What You Will Own

• Auth - authentication, authorization, access management across all admin panels
• Notification system - how merchants and internal teams get informed, reliably
• Audit and Approval Manager - logging and approval workflows that hold up under scrutiny
• File Management - file upload, export, and report generation
• Bulk operations and MCP
• UI Kit - the shared component library other teams build their interfaces on

You'll be great at this if:

• You have 2+ years in a B2B product - that's what matters, not your title. Whether you're a business analyst, a system analyst, an engineer, a QA engineer, or a PM: if you think like a product person, you're a match.
• You're comfortable enough with APIs and CI/CD that you don't need an engineer to explain the basics.
• You bring curiosity, drive, and strong cognitive skills to everything you do.
• You're a structured thinker who brings order to ambiguous, cross-team requests.
• You find common ground with strong-opinioned engineers without losing your own point of view.
