About the Position
Take part in the adventure with us by growing through our software services business. We're launching our product business line and we need a Product Manager who can shape what we build and why it matters.
Responsibilities
- Balance Three Worlds: Operate at the intersection of business viability, technology feasibility, and user experience desirability.
- Navigate Strategy and Tactics: Define the product vision and create multi-quarter roadmaps. Prioritize backlogs, write detailed user stories, and manage releases.
- Own Problems, Facilitate Solutions: Become an expert on user problems through research and analysis before discussing features. Collaborate with UX and Engineering to explore, test, and validate solutions.
- Lead Through Influence: Align cross-functional teams without formal authority. Communicate strategy, report progress, and make cases for investment.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management or related roles, ideally with experience taking products from concept to market.
- Deeply engaged with AI-assisted workflows.
- Data-informed, not data-driven.
- A connector and synthesizer who translates business goals into functional requirements and user needs into compelling vision.

Employment Details
This is a full-time, permanent position. While we operate fully remote, you'll have the option to work from our office in Iași, Romania.
