About the Position

We operate numerous iGaming projects across the Ukrainian, European, and Tier-1 markets, and invest in venture startups, promising ideas, and people. We're currently looking for a Product Manager Sweepstakes to join our team.

Joining the team means having the chance to influence product development, its functionality, and user experience in a dynamic environment with flexible processes and clear goals.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to product vision and roadmap alongside senior product managers and the CPO
• Owning the full feature lifecycle
• Identifying growth opportunities through market research, user behavior analysis, and competitor research
• Preparing user stories, describing business logic, and participating in planning and prioritization
• Working with analytics - gathering data-driven ideas and validating hypotheses through testing
• Collaborating with a cross-functional team: design, development, analytics, marketing, and support

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner or Product Analyst in digital products (ideally in iGaming, entertainment, or related fields)
• Understanding of players and iGaming mechanics: betting, bonuses, loyalty programs, events
• Hands-on experience taking features to production - from hypothesis to release
• Basic analytics skills: forming hypotheses, analyzing data, participating in A/B testing
• Ability to work with a roadmap and prioritize tasks together with the team and stakeholders
• Experience in Agile teams, communicating with design, development, analytics, and marketing
