Candidates should be prepared to work from our Prague office at least two times per week.

We are looking for a Product Manager / Technical Lead to join our Research and Development team in Prague, Czech Republic.

Responsibilities

• Leading a project closely related to Ubiquiti UniFi Networking products platform
• Manage the project through the entire lifecycle (spec define, schedule release, quality and risk controls, etc.)
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user experience and satisfaction
• Identify resource constraints, mitigate potential risks, and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Lead a global cross-functional team of UI/UX, engineers, and QA to make them work effectively together and launch impactful features to the market

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in product/project management in the related software industry with provable records
• Familiar with agile product development methodology and tools, e.g., Jira and Confluence
• Experience effectively working with cross-functional teams, such as UX/UI, Engineering, QA, or Marketing, etc.
• Technical understanding of the systems and technologies behind your product, their limitations, and boundary conditions
• Fluent in English

• Experience and knowledge in Frontend and Backend development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Positive, strong, and aggressive attitude and mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
