Talentech is one brand today, built from several companies that came together over the past few years. You'll be our first dedicated Product Marketing Manager. There's no playbook to inherit. You'll create it.
Your main responsibility is to translate what we build into communication that drives both new business and deeper product adoption, from go-to-market campaigns that generate pipeline to in-app messages that help customers get real value.
Responsibilities
- Own and champion product marketing at Talentech: the strategy, the messaging, launch calendars across all products and markets, and the internal engagement to make it everyone's business
- Run go-to-market for launches end to end: positioning, messaging, and the material sales needs to sell it
- Turn launches, updates, and customer stories into content and campaigns that generate pipeline
- Plan and write in-app communication with input from the product team, so customers actually find and use what we build
- Set up ways of working that hold across products and markets without turning into bureaucracy
Requirements
- Commercial mindset and 3+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
- Pragmatic approach with hands-on experience in creating practical processes, connecting product marketing to pipeline, and knowing when to scale a launch or keep it simple
- Experience with in-app messaging and product adoption campaigns, and ability to explain complex products clearly
- Strong English writing skills and fluency in at least one Scandinavian language
- Daily use of AI and experience in building automations for repetitive work
Nice to Have
- Experience with in-app messaging tools like Userflow or similar
- Previous experience launching AI products
