Product Operations Manager

About the Position

A healthcare marketplace that connects U.S. hospitals with qualified nurses to fill open shifts. The platform also includes a CRM for managing temporary staff, while the role focuses on optimizing clinician onboarding, engagement, and automated customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize lifecycle campaigns in Iterable, including onboarding, retention, and clinician engagement.
• Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Zapier workflows supporting Iterable campaigns and business processes.
• Configure and optimize customer journeys, segmentation, triggers, and transactional communications in Iterable.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve workflow, integration, and data-related issues.
• Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and lifecycle metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve onboarding and retention.
• Maintain transactional email content and ensure communication flows remain accurate and up to date.
• Continuously improve automation processes and user experience across the customer lifecycle.
• Working Hours: 8 hours working day with 2–3 hours of overlap with the team working in the Pacific Time (PT) time zone.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a hands-on Product Operations role.
• Hands-on experience with Iterable or a similar enterprise customer engagement platform (Iterable experience is a strong advantage).
• Experience building and managing customer journeys, campaigns, segmentation, and automation workflows in Iterable.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zapier, including building workflows from scratch.
• Understanding of user journeys and lifecycle management.
• Ability to troubleshoot workflow, integration, and data-related issues within automation platforms.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data flows from an operational perspective.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Comfortable collaborating with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Experience in the Healthcare domain will be a plus.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
