Product Owner - Arteixo

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a professional with experience as a Product Owner in project and people management using agile methodologies. It is highly valued to have some technical background. Certification and a high level of English are also beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administer complex medium-sized projects within given scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
• Manage all applicable project resources, both internal and external.
• Establish and lead project team meetings, drive and follow up on team participation, set agendas, document and distribute meeting minutes, assign and follow up on action items, drive timely issue resolution, manage risks, record documentation in tools, and provide project updates.
• Analyze customer needs, identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and support pre-sales activities.
• Manage high-level business contacts with the client, lead client presentations and meetings, and develop long-term relationships for business benefit.
• Ensure project adherence to all applicable PMO, CMMI, and internal quality policies and standards.
• Develop specialized project critical path analyses, hypothetical analyses, personnel profiles, etc., to support project governance.
• Facilitate conflict resolution at different levels and parties as needed.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Senior professional knowledge with significant experience in IT project management.
• Ability to influence both the client and company environments at a senior level.
• Leadership skills.
• High level of English is valued.

Personal Competencies

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. In particular, a proven ability to effectively communicate technical and business problems and solutions at multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks in parallel.
• Knowledge and understanding of multiple technologies.
• Analytical, logical, and critical thinking.
