About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Product Owner who will take ownership of a strategic Customer Portal transformation initiative. The role combines product ownership, delivery coordination, and stakeholder management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments, establishing effective delivery processes, and driving initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of the Customer Portal transformation
Establishing delivery processes, governance, and ways of working for a distributed technology team
Creating and maintaining transparent backlogs, boards, roadmaps, and delivery plans in Jira and Confluence
Driving backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and release planning activities
Coordinating work across development teams, architects, business stakeholders, vendors, and platform owners
Proactively identifying blockers, dependencies, risks, and escalations while driving resolution
Translating business and technical requirements into actionable epics, features, and user stories
Ensuring visibility of progress, decisions, risks, and delivery status across all stakeholders
Working closely with architects and engineering teams to balance business priorities, technical debt, platform stability, and long-term sustainability
Facilitating workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making processes
Monitoring delivery KPIs and ensuring commitments are tracked and communicated effectively
Establishing and maintaining documentation, standards, and project transparency

Requirements

Fluency in English
Experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar delivery-oriented role
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Proven ability to organize and structure complex or previously unmanaged initiatives
Experience building and managing backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple teams, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously
Practical understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Confidence in challenging assumptions, escalating risks, and driving decisions when needed
Ability to work effectively in environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements
General understanding of web platforms, digital products, and enterprise application landscapes
