About the Position
We are currently seeking a Product Owner for our client in Kraków, Poland. This role involves managing product development and ensuring smooth communication between the client and the development team.

Responsibilities
- Ensure proper information flow between the client and the development team;
- Gather business requirements from the client and communicate them to the development team to develop the product according to client expectations;
- Establish priorities and oversee the process of implementing functional changes according to client requirements;
- Manage a small team of developers during project work;
- Participate in determining the implementation method of application functionalities;
- Work in a SCRUM team;
- Coordinate the implementation process and collaborate with other Product Owners and the Architect;
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience working in SCRUM teams in the role of Product Owner or Project Manager;
- Technical education and knowledge of backend technologies (JAVA);
- Ability to understand technical language and translate technical issues into user-friendly language;
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Communicative skills and ability to organize personal and team work;
