Product Owner/ UX Designer

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Product Owner/ UX Designer for our client, an IT company executing IT projects for leading firms in the financial and automotive sectors. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Leading UX work;
• Coordinating the research process;
• Organizing workshops with stakeholders and users;
• Managing the user experience direction in the project;
• Managing the product backlog;
• Prioritizing needs and tasks;
• Supervising development phases;
• Acting as the main liaison between stakeholders and the team;
• Evaluating project progress at each iteration;
• Preparing presentations for stakeholders;

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design and conducting research in this area;
• Experience with the full product development cycle, from problem-solving to graphic design with a focus on the UX part;
• Experience with qualitative research methods;
• Ability to create and update mockups and prototypes using Figma;
• Advanced skills in UI for creating final projects;
• Knowledge of SCRUM methodology and Lean UX;
• Understanding of quantitative research methods and basic statistics;
• Fluent knowledge of English;
• Presentation skills;
