About the Position
At Minimum Code, we're looking for a talented Product / Project Manager to join our team! Our mission is to help our clients - both Startups and corporate clients - build SaaS products 10x faster with No-Code tools such as Bubble.io, Webflow, and Xano. We are a fast-growing agency with team members in Germany, Poland, and Ukraine. Our team is fully remote, and we pride ourselves on our open and informal culture.
Responsibilities
- Project planning: Work closely with clients and the development team to define key project objectives and establish daily and weekly tasks and responsibilities.
- Product specifications: Create product specifications for MVPs or specific project phases.
- Project management: Conduct internal check-ins with the development team, providing support with any questions, secure client approval on key milestones, and effectively communicate client requirements to the development team.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct checks to ensure that what the developers built matches the product specs and client expectations.
- Internal process improvement: Help us optimize our internal processes & tools, such as writing SOPs, organizing our Notion, improving team communication, and setting goals & metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Product / Project Manager.
- Experience with working on MVPs and Apps built with No-Code tools such as Bubble.io.
- You’re a self-starter, proactive, and love to work independently and with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Based in the European time zone.
