About the Position
We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Product Specialist (New Grad) to join our team at Grand Games in Istanbul. In this role, you will help shape product vision and roadmap, analyze player data to drive smart decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the player experience across top-performing games. Responsibilities
- Designing fun and engaging game mechanics and features
- Analyzing game metrics and player data to inform product decisions and improve player experience
- Forming and testing hypotheses through A/B tests and deriving insights through statistical analysis
- Planning and tracking the full development cycle, from ideation to launch
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ship impactful features and improvements
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or soon-to-be graduate from a top university
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of product and player experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Genuine curiosity about games and the gaming industry
