Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery performance on the shop floor to achieve target business unit goals.
• Leading improvement initiatives to achieve KPIs such as Productivity, OEE, and Quality management to meet targets for 0-km compliance, IDC, Capacity, DIO, and RPP activities.
• Responsible for BPS activities, e.g., System CIP.
• Focus on 4 cycle per year improvement topics aligned with the business plan and fulfill myMeasures, VS-PDCA in system and BPS-M2 assessment level 2+4.
• Define lean manufacturing concepts and eliminate losses in all elements on the shop floor.
• Assignments from Superior level.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering, or a master's degree.
• Special Skills: Production and process improvement knowledge.
• Language Proficiency Level: Good English skill.
• Others: Very good mindset to support the team for CIP projects.
